Here To… How To!

We are always on the look-out for new ways to make Here To as easy-to-use as possible for organisations and residents. That is why we have started running Here To How To drop-in sessions about our website!

Our first session took place last week and we were joined by Oxfam Islington and the Timebank Cafe! One of the outputs from the session was this lovely looking opportunity from Oxfam, who are just about to open a refurbished shop in Upper Street: http://islington.hereto.org/projects/218

Our Here To How To workshops will be held fortnightly and are an informal way for projects to get to know a bit more about Here To and to get hands-on crafting their opportunities for the website during the session.

Each Here To How To will run through:

  • – The Here To process from start to finish
  • – How to update an opportunity
  • – Tips for promoting your opportunity.

There will also be a Q&A aspect to the workshop for projects to ask any questions that are particular to their needs and the opportunities they are creating.

You may already have signed up to Here To and may be stuck for ideas, or you might be completely new to the initiative – everyone is welcome to these sessions.
